Testing

Testing is much better on the computer, because using a pencil hurts my riste and it stops me writing some times. The imac is so cool because the keyboards are so easy to write with. I wrecking this is one of the best years in my life.

My test for me was easy i got the practice questions all right thats how easy the practice questions where.but when i got up to my real question where a tiny bit harder because i only got two wrong. I think i did good,next time i am going to ask Miss garden to give me harder questions.

It has something else that helps me in my test do you know that when you spell something wrong on the bottom of the word is a red line. Thats why i think testing on the computer is way better. Imacs and chromebooks are the best.

I am going to find out:What colour the water is.

I am going to test this by:Comparing different water samples and describing the colour.

Resources and equipment:1.The culvert 2.The bridge 3.The sea 4.The tap.

I predict that:1. Dark green oily 2.Kind of green 3. Salty 4. Bright sea through.

I think this because:I think the darkest water is the culvert because when you go on the bridge it has sun but when you go where the culvert is it is shady.

Results of my tests

My conclusion (what I found out): Is that the culvert water is not dirtie.

Why I think this is: Is because the plants at omaru creek is in the water.

Here is a paragraph about me that I wrote for Miss Harts grade 3 students in Michigan.

Hi my name is Sean and I live in Auckland New zealand. My favourite part about school is sports. I came first in high jump and 4th equal in Interzone. Interzone is a competition where all the schools around the community bring students who placed 1st 2nd or 3rd in there athletics day and now need to compete against the other schools. Recently my mum had a baby girl,who is the cutist baby in the whole wide world! Her name is Eden.  

Deadly Quest

In our room, we are practicing writing detailed sentences with "delicious" vocabulary.

Love is a powerful thing and King Polydectes was consumed with love for Danae. Daily she refused his offer for marriage. King Polydectes realised with Perseus out of the way, Danae would be forced to accept his proposal.

Perseus was sent on a deadly quest to go get the gorgon Medusa's head. If he succeeded, Perseus would get his beautiful mother back with him.

Cautiously, Perseus stepped into the ferocious gorgon's secret lair. He saw all the mighty warriors that suffered from the eyes of Medusa and had been turned to stone. Perseus found Medusa with the reflection from the shield that the gods gave him. Also with the sword the gods gave him, he fiercely severed her grotesque face that was covered with masses of hissing snakes.

Successfully, Perseus emerged from Medusa's secret lair. He shot above the menacing, stormy clouds with Medusa's head. King Polydectes had no idea how Perseus succeeded. Medusa's gaze still had the power to turn people to stone and when King Polydectes looked into her eyes, he instantly turned to stone from head to toe.
